Hello folks, i just got my new handgun that i bought used. This is my first ever CZ platform handgun, i am more usually used to striker fired handguns. I was looking for a compact CZ platform handgun that i weanted for a long time and this was catching my attention fort a while. Just got it around 300$ if i convert the currency. (im lokacted in Norway).
Now this one came different... this one came with a "block" witch blocks the double action movement. I noticed that one the pictures before buying it online and asked the gun dealer about it, he sayed it could easely be removed with hot blowgun or something. This was been glued with something on.
What do you guys think? i have never seen this kind of SA modification, a little untraditional way to do it right?` I was thinking to leave it this way and shoot it with SA before i am removing this funny block.
I will try this gun today and update it here.
I also wonder wich parts fits this model, i know this is Tanfoglio clone, and system.
Best regards from Norway

I cannot answer your question, but I wanted to point out that you DOUBLE-POSTED. I believe that you can go back and delete the other post.
Not being familiar with the ARMALITE 24K, I did a search and found a post in the Forum from back in 2010:

Well, the block does seem to keep the trigger from resetting to double action by limiting pre travel. If the disconnector is still attached, removing the block should restore the double action.

It should be noted that the AR-24 series Pistols were made by Sarsilmaz under license from Tanfoglio and many Tanfoglio parts will interchange.
In early production, Tanfoglio did supply some of the parts for the Armalite Pistols.
The full size AR-24 is most similar to the Sarsilmaz SAR2000.

I knew it was Tanfoglio related but I didn’t know Sarsilmaz built them. Good to know.
