Title: Dan Wesson CBOB front sight size recommended

Hello CZ forum folks,
Currently my CBOB has a fixed all black rear and a fiber optic front. Would like to change out the front sight to a bright night sight. The customer service at DW is crickets, and I want to replace the front sight. The internet is all over the place as far as DW 1911 sights.
Novak? Kimber?

I'd like to buy once, cry once.

Call Dawson Precision at (866) 300-1911. They're very knowledgeable about which sight cuts are used on which DW models.

DW has over the years used a variety of different sight cuts. Most models in the past few years have settled on Novak cuts. I've used Dawson before and found them extremely helpful.

I have a 4-5 year old Guardian, has Novak cut front sight. Don't know if they changed.
Have you tried emailing them always got good responses.

Yeah, got a quick reply for the serial number, then crickets.
