New to the rifle side of CZ. I've been reading about the new Scorpion 3"+". My question is: should I assume that the carbine will soon come out as a "+" model as well?

That depends.  I know that is not a definitive answer, but since the Scorpion 3+ is a 'Micro' there may not be much need for a Micro carbine as there is not much to be gained by making it a micro.
