Title: Vigil Cycling issue with Suppressor

Have had the DW Vigil for a while, never had this happen before.  Note I hardly ever shoot it without the suppressor (too much fun!).  Today it had cycling issues (much like I've seen in videos when a can without a booster was used)...the round and slide would not fully seat after a shot.  With the can off it shot perfectly.  The can has a booster, but today I removed it to install a 9mm adapter, and then changed my. minds and put the .45 adapter back in.  In int process I noticed that the booster assembly (spring primarily) was pretty dirty.  Could that cause the issue, or could I have reinstalled it improperly?
