Anyone have one they would get rid of? I am unable to repair my 83 without it.

This has been a saga. My trigger bar and trigger disconnect spring were worn/dirty. I took the gun to a local smith and they said they would clean and install the trigger kit I ordered to replace the trigger bar and trigger disconnect spring. In the process of reassembly or disassembly the smith broke my slide stop spring. They could not fix it. Gave me a broken gun back. They did however Put the trigger kit in. I then took the gun to another smith after two weeks was able to replicate and put a new slide lock spring in thAt he replicated. Now I think the gun works. What a pain. What is too bad is the smith I first used was recommended by two in shops. When I told the second smith who I used. He replied he didn’t even know that shop had a gun smith. Lesson learned.

if you take out the slide stop without removing the spring first it shears off a little of the spring and it will not work again as it is too short. aski me how I know. There was a guy that made them I Will look back and see if I can find his info.
his name is Norm Sutton not sure if he still makes them but his email was

I took the gun to a smith to install a new trigger bar, and I am convinced that is what they did. They gave me back a broken gun. I took it to another smith he made a new spring and now the gun works great!

If anybody might need a good reassembly video, this is the best that I have found.
It's done near the camera, well-illuminated and with the right sequence. Really hope that this can help somebody, no matter what problem(s) must be solved.
--- Slidestop at 29:44. 8)
"Spring bar" (his words),--- but it's Semi-Circular --- 29:57 its Tiny hole in the Slidestop. This narrator could give me the confidence to rebuild a gun, but even He admits that sometimes several reassemblies are required. :o ???
Wow- for the new L-shaped pin, I'll never have a drill press and drill bits. :o
I would simply buy another gun and keep the original for any spare parts.
----If the CZ PCR and PO1 had been designed with inwards-curving grips having the same shape (without being too thick overall), the PCR's popularity would possibly jump overnight, and few of us would bother with the 82/83s which have issues.
