Title: Kadet vs Kadet II vs SP01 conversion kits: specifically, magazines?

Hello,

I am trying to understand what the advantages are vs the disadvantages of the different magazine types, and if they are interchangeable.

I lucked into a Kadet kit, not the Kadet II or SP01 kit, but see that the magazines for the Kadet kit are about twice the price of the mags for the Kadet II or SP01 kit.

Are they interchangeable, with the ability to lock the slide back?

Any tips to watch for?

Maybe the kadet 1 was made for the cz75 pre B,so the mags might be able to be tweaked.

Spoke with CZ and they said the SP01 mags wouldn't work with my pre Kadet II kit.

Of course, they also said that all kits were Kadet II, and that if it said Kadet on the slide [without the II], it was a take-off from a full pistol.

That doesn't inspire confidence...
