Other than length is there a difference between the AR bolt catch release roll pin and the CZ 75B front sight roll pin?

A used CZ 75B front sight roll pin in my collection is 0.080" in diameter.

Wouldn't a CZ roll pin be metric and AR pin SAE?

Exactly. That 0.080 inch roll pin is much more likely a 2mm roll pin.

American roll pins are much more likely to be fractional inch size (e.g. 1/16", 3/32", 1/8") than decimal. That 0.080" does not convert to a convenient fractional size.

The front sight roll pin on all CZ 75s is 2mm dia. x 10mm long. Is that what you're asking?
