This happens every 7-10 rounds.
Should I try a lighter recoil spring or hammer spring or both?

You'll have to elaborated on the failure. Is the slide not cycling? Is the case stove piping? Is the case remaining in the chamber completely after cycling?
I'd start by inspecting the extractor claw for any damage. Remove it and clean the channel and beach face completely. Reinstall it and stake the pin. Make sure it will hold a case/ cartridge up against the beach if you slide it up into place.

I would suggest that the place to start would be to tell us how far the cases fly on the rounds that DO EJECT.
>> If the ejected cases are flying 2-4 feet, then we can safely assume the rounds are under-powered OR the spring set is too strong. Two options only, which further testing can easily find the root cause.
>> If the ejected cases are flying 6-10 feet, then we can safely assume the rounds are correctly powered and there are possible mechanical issues inside the gun. Realize that these issues MAY or may not be related to your personal safety.
If the gun is still in warranty, then that means an all-expense paid trip back to CZ.
Just my 2 cents.
