I couple of weeks ago I won in an auction a 1999-vintage Cadet conversion kit with 4 mags. It appears to be used but very lightly - or was meticulously cleaned after use.
It came with 4 mags, the original cardboard outer box, plastic box, brush, cleaning rod, test target, manual etc.
I'll probably try it on my brushed stainless 75.
My understanding is that CZ has continued all the kits, but I see sketchy retailers posting on their websites as 'available'.
Anyone care to suggest FMV for this kit?

Fair Market Value. Or. Full Motion Video.
The original Kadet pistol and the Kadet 1 and 2 kit for the 75 series frame were discontinued years ago. The current units are for the P09 frame. I can’t even guess what a fmv price would be. When Kadet pistols went past $1,000 I was shocked. On the other hand, if you shoot a lot and you want an accurate, quality built, and dependable (may require tuning) then it really is hard to beat. If I saw a good condition kit with 2 extra mags for $500 I’d snap it up.
Edit to add: there is also the SP01 Kadet kit.

A '99 vintage kit might be a Kadet I kit, which won't work in a firing pin block pistol. It also might have the original style firing pin which was replaced.

I believe the original Kadet kit won’t work with the Omega system pistols due to the way the firing pin lifter is set up in those guns. The Kadet 2 was introduced to fix that issue.

Psyop is correct. I was mistaken about the FPB. It's the Omega I was thinking of.
