As the title says. I'm running a Shadow 2 with the springs changed out to the Eemann Tech ones (11lb mainspring) and my new Kadet kit seems to only fire on DA. I'm running CCI Blazer std velocity ammo. My google skills inform me that I need to change the mainspring to the factory one but it's frankly becoming more trouble that it's worth. Is there any other thing I can do to make the Kadet kit work on both SA and DA?
TIA

Well I know you don't want to hear it but about the only fix is changing the hammer spring. It's really not that hard to do and you can do it quickly even at the range with one tool. Unless you can find an extended firing pin or a lighter FP spring changing the hammer spring is about your only option.

You can do what I did and buy another gun to be the host...

This is also a good solution. My Kadet II sits on a 75b and my SP01 Kadet is on a 75b SA frame. Doing this means you won't have to mess around switching slides you put one gun away and bring out the other.
