Title: Front sight CZ 550 magnum?

I have a CZ 550 in .375 H&H Magnum. I'd like to change the front sight insert for something taller (to regulate) and a little larger (to be able to see it). Does CZ offer these, or do any other brand  fit the front sight?

CZ do not have any variety(which I'm familiar with), these front sight are most commonly known as catapillar front sights. Cape Outfitter used to dstr. various models, I was recently told that C.O. was bought up and dissolved. The usual pathway for sights is to regulate thru rear sight.
