I see a Shadow 2 orange now at a few online stores. What is the difference between a Shadow 2 orange and the standard Shadow 2?
-
The Shadow 2 Orange has a barrel bushing and a short reset trigger. I looked at the Shadow 2 Orange but decided to go all in and purchased an Accushadow 2.
-
Does the orange have a bull barrel??
-
No, it has a 1911 style barrel bushing

The trigger was identical on my shadow 2 orange and shadow 2 optic ready. The orange has a bushing and the slide is hand fit. It's significantly tighter than my optic ready shadow 2 (blue).

CZ orange models have hand fit barrels, slides, tuned actions, from the czub factory. They are their top of the line variants of the model line (Shadow and tactical sport).
They generally have competition favored goodies already installed. They should be ready to go out of the box. With only ergonomic fitting to fit your preferences required.
Cheers,
Toby

The Shadow 2 Orange guns have polished barrels as opposed to the black ones in the S2. Also the interior of the S2 O slide is polished as well.
You will also feel a difference when you rack the slide on a S2 O compared to the S2. I have both.

Thank you. I’m gonna buy one of these orange models.
