-Gavin Nuisance will appeal.

Yes and yes, but the 9th has to follow Bruen, which they never had before, so the chance is quite large that it will stay dead.

I hope the roster is truly dead, but we all know Cali's going to do down swinging and use every trick in the book to delay and appeal this.

What IS true is the CA magazine ban was just struck down, BUT the judge stayed his order for 10 days to give CA time to appeal.
