Has anyone ever seen a '46 or '47 dated DUO?
-
I haven't seen those years in a DUO.
My 1st DUO is 1949 with S/N 179xxx.
I just bought a 2nd DUO today which is stamped '41' with a S/N 17xxx.
I'm pretty sure it is an early one with the low S/N and it also says "F. Dusek Opocno".
My 1949 one says "CZ".
About this new one...after getting it apart, it has the following problems:
- Broken firing pin
- Missing firing pin guide rod
- Wrong magazine (again!)
- A much longer/stiffer recoil spring than my other DUO
My 1949 DUO came with 2 mags. Using snap caps, only one of the 2 feeds/cycles correctly.
It's a good idea to test them to make sure they work.
Sadly Numrich and others that I've looked for in the last hour are out-of-stock or already sold.

My earliest DUO is 22XXX.
Hope you're able to find the parts you need.

I forgot to mention that there is a Lion with a crown over an 'N' (smokeless powder proof) next to the '41'.
To the left of the line is "6840".
Same Lion proof mark also on the barrel.
I think I've found a firing pin online.
I'll take photos and post measurements between the my two to help figure out what parts (if any) are the correct ones.
