A friend bought a used P07 that was set up with safety and wants to convert it back to decocker. After starting we found two issues. First it didn’t have the decocker in the box, just another safety. Ok, new decocker is ordered.
The second problem is there is a roll pin in the frame for the long leg of the decocker spring to fit into. It’s missing on the p07. I can’t find any part number for this but I can get a roll pin if I know the size. Can anyone help?

There is a hole for the leg of spring to fit into. You do not need any additional parts except the decocker levers and spring.

That small round roll pin that you circled is what is missing . Just the hole for it in the frame.
I have it on the p09 just not on the p07

Got it! I think that pin is part of the rear insert. Here is one at CZ but you may want to call and confirm that.

Nope, not the part. The other option is to get a numbered drill bit set and find the closest roll pin that fits and cut to the correct length. Once we come up with a solution I’ll post it.

Good luck!

I bought a dog gone pin gauge set awhile back
Just used it for the first time.
The hole inside diameter on my 2010 made P07 DUTY is 0.036". I didn't measure the spring coil diameter. Just the pin gauge diameter that will smoothing fit into the hollow pin in the frame.
Bought it for something else but maybe it'll help here, too.

Ok, got it fixed yesterday. No one at CGW or CZ had any idea on the part. Ended of rinding a roll pin and expanding it a little for a snug fit. Once the spring leg is in the pin and decocker is installed it’s not going anywhere. If you’re swapping from a decocker to safety you definitely need to remove this pin and keep it with the other parts. I really don’t understand why cz did it this way.

Well either someone pulled the pin from your gun or it was a loose fitting defect to begin with because that pin falling out has not been an issue. Many people opt to run with the safety and I think you are the first ever to have that pin missing.
Good you got it fixed though.

Yeah, I've got seven of the Omega guns and all run safeties and none have lost that hollow pin in the frame.
I wonder if the first owner pulled it out for some reason. Some people have to mess with stuff. I'm married to someone with "Dennis the Menace fingers." Her words, not mine. She cannot just leave stuff alone.

My 2016 vintage P-07 that I picked up this year was in safety configuration. I swapped in the decocker withoutnissue. Pin was where it should be.

Any idea on how the trigger pull will be affected by going back to decocker?
