…….. interviewed the CEO of CZ and he stated that there will be a new upgraded P10 series of firearms coming out within the next couple of months.

Sure hope they don't put a thumb safety on them and come out with the .40 S&W version.
I've already got one or two mags. (still in the packaging) labeled .40 S&W P10 magazine. I just left them in the original packaging as sort of a forlorn hope. You know, a sort of "Hey, CZ. Where's it at? I've got the magazine so I know you were going to make them."
Then I'd have to buy/try one. I've really got enough pistols now. Really.
Edited - I looked for the picture. My mistake. I don't have the P10 labeled mags. I've 16 round (not the usual 15 round) .40 S&W magazines for the P09 .40. With the Plus 2 bases that would give you an 18+1 .40 S&W P09.

The CEO said it will be an upgraded P 10 series with a new appearance and also some updated features. He also said the first series will run parallel with the new series for a while. I guess after that they will discontinue the first series.
