Title: What striker fired guns use CZ75b mags?
Post by: dwcopple on October 30, 2023, 09:10:39 PM
I know the Girsan MC28SA and the ATI FXS9 do.  Any others?  How about the MC9?

Masada 9 Slim. It's the gun CZ should have made.

I’ve only seen these on YouTube vids, but I think it’s important to note that standard CZ 75 series mags will leave a gap. Even 13 rnd P01 mags had a significant gap issue. Be nice if someone started 3d printing some sleeves. I keep watching for a trigger upgrade.

Haven't checked for that specific info but there's a lot of good mag. interchange info on Greg Cote's website.  Tells you what the mags. do, or do not fit.

I have a Masada Slim. While there is a gap with CZ 75b mags, for me, it's a difference of no consequence. Nothing changes regarding my grip. Others may find it exceedingly annoying. I also have no problems with the trigger and find it very nice for a striker pistol. I'll admit I'm a practicalist, not a purist.

100% with what crc4 said.  My wife’s carry is the Masada slim.  Great gun, she shoots it great and always has an extra CZ75 mag with her.  The gap is no problem.

Would the regular full sized IWI Masada take the regular 16,17, or 19 round magazines as well? If the 15 rounders fit the slim above, then I imagine those magazines would work as well.

So you’re using 40SW mags in your 9? How is that working, have you modified the mag lips? Is that a MecGar AFC 40 with the blue follower? (Supposedly feeds both calibers)

Those are the 9mm (40) 15-round mags that came with my P-01. I don't believe CZ mags fit the full-size Masada.

When I bought the Slim it came with the 10rd mags as the 13 rd mags weren't available. After the drill press came out, they are now 13-round mags as God intended.
