I recently picked up a P-09 from a member and really love it. The grip left a little to be desired, so I took two strips of Talon grip (the sandpaper one) and put them on either side of the front strap. What a difference! Just that little bit makes the gun much more controllable without being overdone. And it looks good:

What have others done?

That’s awesome and a great idea

The P09 and P07 are lacking in texture for sure. I think the main issue is the back strap, but your placement of tape helps for sure.

Nice. I just picked up a P-09. I might do that too

Put the talon full wrap on my 07.
Have a new 09 on the way.
As the backstraps are replaceable, anyone try and stipple one?

I had a company do my P07 and a P09 UG/SR for me. Just sent in the back straps and they came out really good.

Who did the stipple? It looks good.
I've got a stippled P-07 and it works, but looks like a 4th grader did it... :-[

Battle Ready Arms did them. They were really good to deal with. I just told him I wanted them as agressive as possible.

I put Talon grips on my P10c to protect my hands. Made a pleasant difference.
