Title: Colt Makes $1.74 Billion Offer for Vista Outdoor, Gate-crashing Rival Deal

That’s crazy! I hope that deal doesn’t happen, otherwise CZ might end up in bankruptcy itself, like Remington and Colt.

Vista Outdoors is mainly sporting / outdoor goods with some gun accessories, but no firearms manufacturing. Acquiring Colt and absorbing their management was bad enough, this is a recipe for disaster if they want to acquire run all these little companies. Remington couldn’t do it, so why does Colt-cz think they can? Hubris?

Because the MBA clowns who ran Colt into the ground are now running CZ.

And just when I was contemplating the purchase of some CZGZF stock----- you all have saved me the inevitable possible loss in $$$.

Has happened before, get totally enamored with a company only to see them lose their shorts & fold up shop.  Hate them kinds of "return on investments".

You're ahead to invest in a tangible goods firearm collection of the CZ brands before the MBAs undermine quality...  See W German Sigs vs modern Indian MIM parts ones, earlier Remington 870s and other models, etc.
