Hello, I’m looking for some tritium sights for my SP01 Shadow Target II. I ordered some MeproLight Hyper Brights. Upon receiving them I noticed that the front sight doesn’t have a notch for the roll pin, and the rear doesn’t have a set screw (this may or may not be an issue).
I’ve emailed Meprolight to have them confirm the model number. If they don’t make sights for the SP01, is there any other brand of sight recommended?
Thank you

Welcome to the world of CZ's. Most aftermarket sights DO NOT have the slot for the roll pin cut as they are shipped. You must do this yourself by either carefully drilling once the sights is in place or by filing it in before installing the sight. The rear sight set screw is not needed as long as the rear sight has a proper interference fit.
If you are not comfortable drilling or filing the front sight you'll need to see a gunsmith.

Thank you for the heads up. I’m sure once that is done, any discussion of warranty will be null and void. LOL!

Warranty on what? CZ will still honor the warranty on the gun since you are only changing the sights. Mepro will warrant the sights against defects such as the lamps not glowing if they fail prematurely providing they are installed correctly.
