Does anyone know how long CZC has been out of their RDS RMR plate, and/or how long it normally takes to come back into stock?

I'd give them a call and they can let you know an ETA for them.

They have steel and aluminum plates.  I'd recommend the all steel plate.

I too have been looking for a CZ steel plate.  Everyone in the US appears to be back ordered.

Is this a plate for an Optics Ready Pistol and / or a slide they machined ?

In my case it was for an Optics Ready model and I suspect that is also the case for the Original Poster.
None of the usual shops in the US have the steel CZ or the CZC Aluminum adaptor plates for RMR in stock.  Some have the C+H aluminum plates.
 I was able to locate a steel plate from a local shooter who had a spare that they were willing to part with.

A place called Reservo Arms has or did have the factory optics plate for the Shadow 2 OR pistol for use with RMR based optics.  They are pricey, but at least they have them.  I never seem to be able to locate the CZ factory plate for an RMR anywhere in-country, so I spent the extra money at Reservo for the plate.

I ordered a Holosun adapter plate for my Shadow Compact from WWW. Cz parts .com in Checklaslovacia  last Wensday and it was delivered UPS this afternoon. $75 with $25 of that shipping. 5 days from order to received. I won't complain.
