Title: CZ 75 Short Rail - Replacing the Hammer

Good morning, for a 1977 cz 75, what are the options to replacing the Hammer to one with a half cocking ability? That's required for some competitions here.
I've heard that the hammer design is difference, so dropping in a later one might not be possible?

Your best bet will be to see a gunsmith and explain what you need. A good smith may be able to modify a later hammer to function in the older gun.
