Title: P10 slide (not) locking

The slide on my P10-F doesn't lock open after the last round has been fired. Tried different ammo and that made no difference. Any suggestions/comments as to why this is happening?
 
I have been told it may just need more rounds through it to "break it in" but I'm not so sure about that.

 Will it lock open with an empty mag when you manually rack the slide? If so make sure during live fire that you are not contacting the slide stop lever with your support hand. If that's not it and the gun is under warranty I would make CZ fix it.

When the P10's first came out, lots of new owners were found to be resting their thumb on the slide release. Check that.
