Hey there!
Got a fairly new CZ75B and I love it! However, I've never been able to get the double action to work. Even when I cock the hammer back, single action doesn't work. All I hear is a click but doesn't shoot.
But when I rack the slide, it works perfectly fine in single action. Did anyone else experience this?
I even sent it to CZ but they said there's nothing wrong with it.. Can't get it to fire in DA or SA when i just cock the hammer back..
Thanks!

Maybe you could post a video of what the trigger is doing when you try to pull it in DA mode.

The trigger just has a tick sound. Similar to just simply dry firing. Does that help at all?

Nope not at all. Does the hammer move when you pull the trigger or not? If not and if the gun is under warranty I would call CZ-USA back and send it to them. Even though you say you already did that.
Or take it to a local gunsmith.

The hammer does move to the front but it doesn't fire

Does it completely fall or fall to the half cock position?

It completely falls all the way

I know very little about CZ's, I do however have a thought to throw out there and hopefully someone will know.
is this a new gun or a used gun someone modified to single action only?
and for those that know does the firing pin block not release if the slide is not racked?

With an empty gun no ammunition, no magazine! Insert a pencil into the barrel with the eraser end first and point it up and pull the trigger to drop the hammer. Does the pencil eject out of the barrel?
It sounds like there is a firing pin block issue.

Does it have a trigger with pre and over travel set screws? If so the remove the screws on the trigger and test again.

Pics would help Sounds like a bad trigger job or trigger screws out too far , remove screws and report

I may have had a similar issue a few years back.
The trigger bar has to move forward far enough to allow the firing pin block lifting arm to move back to it's correct position. If not the trigger bar won't move the lifting arm to move the firing pin block upwards to clear the firing pin.
Mine was not a trigger adjustment screw issue though. Aftermarket trigger was contacting the frame below/in front of the trigger pin/trigger hole in the frame. I had to remove a small amount of metal from the bottom front of the trigger to fix it. Not an issue with that trigger as the removal area was up inside the frame where you couldn't see it anyway unless you removed the trigger from the frame.
If it's a trigger with the adjustment screw to limit forward trigger movement that could be the issue - screw adjusted forward too far. If no screw and still an aftermarket trigger it may be interference between the front of the trigger and the frame.
That pencil should jump pretty good when the firing pin strikes it.
