Title: P-10 : Sight to target orientation

Hi All,
I recently purchased a P-10 C , my first handgun.  I know from shooting friends’ pistols of various makes that the iron sights are set up differently. Do the sights on the P-10 come from the factory oriented for poi to be covered by front sight dot or bullseye directly above front sight dot.
