Good evening,
So, I have a P-10c and a P-10f. both have been just fine, at least 1000 rounds through each. A friend and co-worker got a P-10c based on my reports to him. His has broken the tips of two strikers. The first was the factory striker. The second was a CGW striker.
So I got a tiny usb camera, and looked into the striker channel. They do not look the same to me, and I think it's likely involved in the breaking of striker tips. A warranty claim has already been opened with CZ, this is more for informational purposes.
Here's my P-10f:

Here are two from my pal's P-10c:

That hole for the striker to tip to come through and hit the primer isn't right. Either really dirty or not made correctly from the start.
Your friend should contact CZ USA and show them the pictures and get a return to CZ USA for repairs/replacement started if it's clean and that's a deformity in the size/roundness of the striker hole in the breech face of the slide.

Obviously the hole is off center which is why that gun is breaking strikers. Definitely a warranty issue.
