Have you tried Cajun Gun Works or Dawson Precision?

I put a LPA adjustable rear sight on my 75 Compact. Well made in Italy, costs about $100, but it extends over the hammer making it difficult to lower the hammer safely or thumb cock the action.

CZ-parts has a variety of adjustable sights.  I purchased Zendl sights from them.  I also like a larger (1.5mm) fiber sight compared to the original (1mm).  CZ-parts is located in Czech Republic but the shipping cost is reasonable and the shipping time is less than any gun part coming from Florida.

A word of caution, supposedly, you’re supposed to have an importer’s license from the ATF / US Customs to ship any foreign gun parts / accessories back to the US, even if bought on the interwebs. In the past, if you were purchasing less than $100 worth of goods, they left you alone. But in this political environment, who knows?
