Just wondering if anyone here has tried the KNS Czech Valve to adjust the troublesome Bren 2 gas system…results?
Thanks!

Yes- it works great. I had prior positive results with their piston system for an 8” 762 Galil Ace. It works well and tamed it a little. Being familiar I didn’t hesitate to try on my 223 Wylde Bren O0
It has a ton of adjustments and eliminates fireball rail. It is a little harder to manipulate on the fly getting my fingers in the HBI rail but that is not really a thing to me.
Once tuned, some weaker ammo may need to be cycled manually. I could tune to cater to that also but I’m not picking that adventure. PMC and some steel case were weaker than WWB which it’s set for.

Put one on my 11" pistol along with an Otter Creek OCM5 and it is perfect. With suppressor it runs great on 3, plus whatever additional setting I ended up with, and runs perfect on 2 without the can. No minor adjustments needed after the initial set up, but I ran the same ammo on all trials. Different ammo may require small adjustments. I think if made a big improvement.

Thanks, guys, for that info! Will order one myself.
It’s good to have adjustability on the gas system, especially with all the problems with overgassed Bren 2s. Eventually, the aftermarket solved the problem after CZ dropped the ball.
Still waiting on the KNS adjustable gas piston for the Vz58, which apparently has been in the works for some time.
