I've got an original AT84 (a Swiss copy by ITM) and I'm going to restore it (the paint is really flaking and the grips are too worn to restore).
I'd hate to put these grips back on it after I repaint it, but I don't know if I can find exact replacements or not.
Were they used on CZ models or maybe the Tanfoglios?

I would pick up some cheap cz 75 grips and see if they fit. I had a Tanfo Witness for a while, got some Lok palm swells and with very minor and careful modification they fit perfect. Maybe get something like these snd see if they will work or can be made to work. Most you are out if it doesn’t is $25. If it works, you can then shop for nicer wood grips.

Or for a little less these G10 grips...

BTW, last year I refurbished a CZ 82 (spent way too many hours fabricating cherry grips).

And I just finished refurbishing a 1962 vintage S&W model 10-5. I was able to clean up the grips on this nicely.

Looking forward to following your progress on this project (and looking for my next project!).

Nice pistola. 8)

Dusty - Cz75 Grips are kind of iffy for Tanfoglio based Pistols. Instead, I would look for small frame 9mm Tanfoglio Grips.
Born2vette - Nice results on your restorations. They look great!!! 8)

Thanks guys! Projects keep me out of trouble.
Jwc007: I did not mention but I called Lok before I ordered and they said to get their cz grips for my Tanfoglio Witness (small frame). I had to take a small amount of material of the back of the grip and they fit fine. YMMV. Thats why I suggested getting really cheap grips to play with or find a friend with a cz 75 or SP-01 and see if their grips will work. Amazon has Tanfo small frame G10 grips for about $20 if you want to go that way before spending $70-100 on nice wood grips.
Either way, good luck!

Nice work on your restos. The model 10 looks great. Even the grips look good.
