Title: CZ 712 & 720 is discontinued!

Hello folks, my first post and it's bad news for fans of the 712
           
            I called CZ USA headquarters at Kansas and got the word straight from "the horse's mouth", the gun IS indeed discontinued!
           
            I was told by CZ USA that CZ is so far behind on orders for their over-under guns that they are forced to dedicate their maunfacturing efforts completely on the OU guns.
           
            They also told me that they would CONSIDER bringing the 712 back in the future but would probably only offer it in 28" for the 712, and 26" for the 720.
           
            Having learned all this, I found out which distributor (RSR) bought the remaining stock of 712's from CZ USA and my local dealer now has a 28" 712 Mag. coming my way
           
            Now that I am about to become an owner of a new 712 that has been discontinued, I have to wonder about parts availability???
           
            Anyone have thoughts about this?

just make sure it will shoot winchester and federal 3.5 inch shells..mine will not

I wonder if Armsco will get the rights back to import them again.

That is sad news.  I like the heck out of my 712 that I purchased from CZJedi.
