Title: cz 712 assembly

I just purchased the cz 712 and need some help with assembly.  instructions not real clear.  when I assemble the 712 the way that seems logical, there is about an 1/8 " play between the barrel and the reciever. Is this normal ? Please help thanks

I always had a small silver ring at the base of the barrel. I think the important thing is to make sure it cycles well (try a snap cap) and that it is tight. If the barrel is loose, then it was not assembled correctly.
