Title: CZ 712 Problem Help?

Just got a 712 and it is great except while in the field I've had it all of a sudden release the first round in the mag.  This happens without firing the weapon or anything and with a live round in the chamber.  Any ideas on how to fix this or do I need to send it in?  Thanks!

sounds like the spring? I'd give CZ a call.
