Don't have a problem with the polycoat finish on my mil. but
when I got the two tone the grip was rather slippery in hand..
Not liking the skateboard tape that is the popular fix I looked for something else..Found it in some A-grip material that I had
purchased long age for a long gone project..
It lookes good and provides the nesseary traction without being agressive..Might be a bit more costly than skateboard
tape and maybe not as long lasting but is,to me, a lot easier
to live with..
Hope this might help some others with this problem..

Bompa,
What is A-grip tape? I don't recall ever hearing this term before.
As far as tape is concerned, I have heard (on this forum perhaps?) that as an alternative to skateboard (sandpaper) tape, one person has found the tape for wrapping baseball bats to be a good solution. I have not found this yet, but I'm trying to remember to look when I'm out.

When I got mine I just ordered a uncut portion, didn't want to
do a whole grip..Perhaps the option is still available..Deal with the company direct..
Hope this is of some help..
