For factory ammo I usually favor 165 gr bullets. In reloading I have had good results with both 165 and 180 gr JHPs and FMJs over Power Pistol in my .40 caliber CZs. I also use Titegroup to load lower power 170 gr lead SWCs (approx. 760 fps, approx.130 power factor) for IDPA and steel shooting with good results. Note: for the lower power loads I use a 12 lb recoil spring instead of the 18-22 lb ones I choose for full power loads.

In my experience, my full size CZ 75B shoots the best with the 180gr rounds. My compacts and my RAMI seem to prefer 155gr rounds.

I am not reloader myself. From experience though Magtech for me works the best. Now it is a little more expensive. Though I seem to have FTF problems with Winchester, or Remington. Magtech I have no problems. Magtech has a smaller head spacing also. It also is a cleaner ammunition. Some guns are just very tollerant on what you shoot. Kinda off topic but here is an example. If I shoot cheap dirty ammunition through my .22 auto I will have FTF problems. Yet if I shoot a qulity ammo like CCI I have no problems.
