Title: Best range bag for USPSA/IDPA?
Post by: Hawthorne2k on March 21, 2008, 12:53:13 PM
I've been using a cheapo gear bag as a range bag for competitions, but it doesn't organize my gear at all. I'd like something that'll hold my pre-B 75 in it's gun case as well carrying my holster, mags, ammo, and ammo carriers neatly so I don't have root around for things from stage to stage.

Ideas? What do you all use, and why?

Here are few choices that I have seen being used..all are large enough to hold gun, mags, ammo, hearing and eye protection..tool/spare parts, brass, etc

I use the Midway range bag from midwayusa.com.  It looks like a knock off of the CED and Shooters Connection bags.  In their current flyer, it's about $40 I think.  It's got plenty of room for everything and I use the lift out tote bage for carrying stage to stage.  I also like the brass bag.  I've only had it for about 8 months but it seems to be holding up well.
