I finally took my first gun I bought (CZ 75 Compact) to a local shooting range for the first time. It was a lot different that what I expected.
Here is a short review of it
-A lot more accurate than I expected (My dad who hasn't had a chance to shoot since hie military days some 40 years a go did better than I did).
-A lot more recoil than I expected. Maybe it's not a fair comparison but my Brother's H&K USP (40 cal) felt like it had shorter kick than my CZ.
I think it will take some time for me to get used to it. But it was a great experience.
I love this gun.

After my first shooting range experience, there was a trigger problem that prevented DA mode to kick.
:(
Now my gun is back at CA USA and being serviced...
I hope this won't be a regular issue... CZ is supposed to be reliable and almost trouble free according to its reputation...

Sorry to hear that.
I'd have to say it is indeed unusual.
I'm sure they will correct the problem and you will be back to
enjoying again.
Good Luck
