I recently acquired a CZ75 Compact with an ALLOY FRAME! All serial numbers match. It is an earlier MRI MNPLS MN import marked and is date stamped 97 in ejection port. I can't believe it has the alloy frame! It has the manual safety and not the decocker. It also has what appears to be the original factory steel guide rod. Any comments or info ? I know a lot have expressed interest in this configuration from CZ.

PS: I put some CZ rubber grips on and it is the perfect little carry piece now.
Edited to repost pics.

Cool find, I'd love to have one like that. CZ has been known to try different things in small lots and sometimes those things make it to market. Sounds like you got one of those.

yeh, what's interesting is the sights are definitely 75 compact and not Novak type. The front and rear grip straps are serrated. The front of the frame is more squarish and not beveled/contoured at all like the PCR or CZ Compact. Also the silver barrel protrudes @ 3/16" iln front of the slide when closed givin it a pretty cool look also. This is definetely a CZ 75 Compact built on an earler Alloy Frame.

An alloy compact would be about IDEAL. I'd love one, too.

Now, IF CZ cared about markets, they WOULD make the PCR with a manual safety. BTW - VERY nice find!
