Title: CZ 75 Tactical? What can you tell me?
Post by: JPT on November 12, 2008, 04:55:10 PM
Am I correct that this is what I have here?  I just picked it up in a trade.  Apparently is has about 250 rounds through it.  Should I treat this as anything but a regular 75B shooter?

Looks to me like a regular CZ 75B in a two tone finish.  I have never seen one with the grren finish before.  The only CZ 75 Tactical listed on the CZUB website is the SP-01 Tactical or the SA version with the extended dust cover.  Did somebody do a refinish job on the frame?

Take Care

No refinishing there....That's the CZ 75 Tactical.  First batch of 1000 issued IIRC in  '03.   Another batch introduced in 04-05 I believe.   It's just cosmetic differences.  The two tone green/black poly Tactical even has "Para" etched on the slide unlike other 75B's.  Should have lanyard ring at base of grip.  Also came with rubber grips installed.  Nice looking piece.  The first run included the Kershaw "Ken Onion" folding knife, shown below, as a Promo.
