Title: RAMI holster options: Glock 26 or XD Sub Compact?
Post by: CZSteve on December 08, 2008, 10:05:22 PM: Looking for an IWB holster and if I can't find one I like specifically made for the RAMI...what comparable guns are the closest match?
I've read the holsters for Glock 26's work well.
What about holsters made for the Springfield XD Sub-Compact?
What is the best comparable? Glock or XD?

i use a 'don hume' 'iwb' H715 mno. 25 usp-c made for the H&K USP compact.

fits like a glove and very reasonable. -- about $30. at most retailers.

Just sent a check to CZDenverBob for an IWB as earlier mentioned.
I like the wider spread out loops for an IWB.

Bob has been very prompt and attentive corresponding by e-mail and look forward to getting the holster - it's the little things in life sometimes... ;D

Well when I was at the gun store buying a holster for my "P" I used an alloy RAMI for test fit. They are interchangeable.

BTW...

Every holster that fit the Glock 26 fit the RAMI's as well. That opens up the selection quite a bit.

I carry everyday all day long. Sitting, walking, riding bicycles driving etc... It takes a little adjustment once you sit but after that it's fine. I wear it tucked and un-tucked depending on whats going on. However, I just ordered a Crossbreed Supertuck yesterday. The Split Decision works fine for what it is. But, since it wasn't really made for the RAMI I thought I would finally get something specifically made for it.

Post by: nosaj750 on February 17, 2009, 12:26:44 PM: I just wanted to let everyone know how the Crossbreed Supertuck is working out. I must say it was a wise decision to make the purchase. The Supertuck is a much better and much more comfortable holster than the Highnoon Split Decision. Not to put the Highnoon guys down but in regards to comfort quality and fit. The Supertuck is the way to go. When I used the Split Decison I couldn't re-holster without using to hands every time. It doesn't stay open like the Supertuck does, it would collapse every time. Re-holstering is no problem at all, it slides right in everytime. I've been wearing it every day all day long since the first week in Feb. with no problems what so ever. If you purchase one the combat cut can be done yourself, I couldn't see paying the extra $ to have someone cut leather off of the holster. Just be careful you don't cut too much off.

Post by: nosaj750 on June 11, 2009, 12:45:49 PM: I believe they referred to it as the 75 short. I had to email them and ask them about the same thing when I ordered mine. When you place the order if I recall you can type in the notes section and specify your exact model. The good thing about them is they'll fit any size 75 style from the RAMI to the full size 75. So, if you stick with the same brand your set. I've personally slid a P-01 into my holster and it fit just like the RAMI does. I'm actually thinking of trading my RAMI for the P-01 but, I haven't made up my mind on that quite yet. As for the ST I'm wearing it now with the RAMI and can't tell it's there really. So, I would highly recommend them if your looking for something comfortable that you can also tuck in a shirt with.
