First day in quite awhile that the weather was not overcast and brutally cold, so I decided to snap some shots of another very nice combination
. Here is my 2001-manufactured vz.75B in satin nickel finish along with a recently acquired 1999-manufactured Kadet .22 cal. conversion kit. The only mod. made to the vz. 75B thus far is the replacement of the factory rear sight with an adjustable version. I also shortened the recoil spring and did some polishing to lighten the trigger pull.
Enjoy,
Tim

Did you have to replace the front sight also, to install the rear sight?

No, the front sight blade pictured is the original. I think because the rear sight is adjustable you can accomodate whatever height the front sight blade might be; of course, within reason.
I have just recently begun playing around with sighting the pistol in at 25 yards and it looks like my POA and POI should be dead-on, though I may still have a little tweaking to do.
