I bought my CZ 75B recently and I love how it shoots and its accuracy. It's finish, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired.
Is it normal for the finish to rub off the base of the hammer on both sides after only about 500 rounds?
Should I trade this in and get the stainless?
How well does the black finish on these hold up long term?

Up for a week with 122 views and none of you can answer these questions about your experience with the finish? ???

I am sorry, I read this post and meant to reply but did'nt.
I bought my new Omega'd CZ-75B a few weeks ago.
I have put maybe 200 rounds down the barrel and my
hammer is also showing finish removal around the hammer pivot
area. In my humble opinion, this is normal from what I have
experienced on my other guns. It did not matter to me because
when I did my home trigger job, I removed even more in the same area
during my stoning of the hammer and frame.

Dont want to be rude...but really? a little wear on the trigger....just normal....dont worry its not rattle can black it will stay nice for years to come.
I hear the Stainless ones turn black in about a year anyway.
