Hello fellow CZers,
My quest is to locate a Fobus holster for my new SP-01 Shadow. I'm receiving mixed messages from Fobus Israel and Fobus USA. I'm seeking the roto paddle version and I'm fairly certain that I need to order the CZ-75 model (Product ID: CZ75RP- from the USA website). However, Fobus Israel inform me that this version is known as the model 11? Does anyone know if the two are the same?
Further, and I greatly thank you for your help, which model of double magazine holder made by Fobus suits the SP-01 magazines? I'm also after this in roto paddle format.
Product IDs would be greatly appreciated, if you know them.
Where I live it's only possible to obtain Fobus products via the web- so I want to be certain that I am ordering correctly.
Thanks again...Richard.

I'm in the same boat -looking for a fobus belt roto for my Shadow. My local gun shop (3 hours away) is supposedly getting some in for stock but I've been waiting 5 weeks so far.
Looking forward to the responses ;)

One of the IPSC Shooters at our Range is using the Fobus HK-1 for the regular P-01 and the Fobus HK-2 Evolution Series Holster for his SP-01. You might look into those. I have the Fobus HK-2, but I'm using it for a .45 Witness. Both of his and mine are just the regular Paddle, not the Roto, but that should not make a difference.

I have a holster like that and I use it for my Sp-01 Shadow.
It looks like this.

It's the one for the CZ 75 D COMPACT (CZ 75 P-01) on this website.

Thanks for the picture...looks like what I'm after. It's pretty much impossible to get a CZ holster in Australia, so Fobus is pretty much the only option for roto-paddle holsters.

I would go for a little better type of holster and get the bladetech stingray holster for your sp-01. You can either get the belt attachment or the DOH version. It's of better quality and quick shipping although it will cost just a bit more.

I think that this is good advice. I have a new SP-01 in a paddle holster by Bladetech and can attest that this makes for a very effective carry combo. Not knocking FOBus cause I just don't know a thing about their products.

X2 I don't care for Fobus as I have seen a few that you could not get the gun out of. I have one like that for a 4" L frame S&W, could not get the gun out once it went in. I use it with my K frame and it is still tight but it works until I can get a Blade Tech.

Exactly which Bladetech holster are guys using???
Bladetech doesn't offer the SP01 as an option in the model listing.. :(

ResOps!
I recently ordered a Bladetech paddle holster and they do specify the SP-01 as a gun for which this holster is available..

I ordered this and it works great! Comes with the mag holder too. http://www.blade-tech.com/Bobby-McGee-Pro-Series-IDPA-PAK-pr-1093.html#product_images
The holster can be used directly with a belt thru the loops, or you can change the attachment and use is as a paddle holster.

I stand corrected- wasn't in the list when I last looked a while back > Tx :)

I checked the Fobus website for the CZ 75d, and the holster looks good, they just don't have a price listing.

I would stronghly recomend Blade Tec. I use one for IDPA and have had great results with it. Very well made and their prices are right. They have a Bobby McGee special on right now which is what I bought. Worth a look. I believe Blade Tec has a somewhat better reputation than Fobus. You should be able to order them on line from Australia. If you have a problem getting them out of the US their are Canadian retaliers you can order them from.
Take Care

A friend ordered a Fobus for his Shadow but was not happy with it in an IPSC environment.
He borrowed my Blade-Tech DOH (dropped offset) and was very pleased with retention and the easy draw.

Canuck44 does the Bobby McGee CZSP01 work with the shadow FO sight and who in Canada (or Ontario) deal with them?
