Installed SA hammer and over travel/ under travel adjustable trigger in SP01. Love it,trigger pull is better than my SV race gun.
1. Is it still production legal for USPSA if I leave the Firing pin block parts in?
2. If I deactivate Firing pin block parts, so they have zero effect on trigger pull, zero effect on blocking firing pin, but are all still in gun is it still production legal?

Question back at you for clarification in answering your question:
Did you install a "Single Action" hammer when you mention "Installed SA hammer..." in your SP-01?
Also, does that mean you no longer have a double action first trigger pull as you also installed a Single Action trigger?
If so, then no your SP-01 is no longer production legal.
Leaving the firing pin block parts in along with the double action functionality remaining makes it Production division legal.
Your second question, I believe, plays more to your sense of good sportsmanship. If you leave the parts in, but disable them, I don't see how that is staying within the concept of playing by the rules. But hey, it's your gun and your conscience.

if you read the uspsa production div rules.
all guns must be DA/SA ( hammer in fully decock position ) or safe-action.
if the gun comes with a safety device ( firing pin block) it must be in working order.
so no your gun would not be legal if it is single action only,
no your gun would be legal with a non-functioning firing pin block.
don't even have to lawyer that. :D
