Title: CZ 75B OR CZ 85 COMBAT?
Post by: MR--WESTFIELD on June 26, 2007, 01:52:45 PM
I am in the market for another pistol. I love the CZ line of pistols.
The CZ 85 Combat is the same as the 75B but has ambi controls, no magazine brake and adjustable sights. The trigger safety is also different.

The 75B has a firing pin safety, the 85 Combat does not.
I love the extra features on the Combat, should I worry about the trigger safety system?

It is like a 80 series and an early model with no firing pin safety.

No.  Get the Combat.  For all intents and purposes, its a modern-day Pre-B.  I have one.

I haven't heard of any accidental discharges, from drops or slams with pre-Bs.
