I want a holster with a metal clip instead of belt loops for my CZ82. High noon has several models with inside the belt clips but I want an outside one. Any ideas??

Here is one of several that I have. I bought in on ebay. It has a clip that can be moved from one side to the other and I can wear it outside the belt. It is not a premium quality item but it is servicable and inexpensive.

If you're going that route don't rule out a paddle style holster - a Fobus (for a Kahr40?) could easily be re-formed for an 82 as they are kinda close dimension wise

I bought the same holster from Amazon for $16. So far I like it. I needed another $10 to get me free shipping so my actual cost was about $7.

Buy a L/H IWB with metal clips and wear it ourside on the right side?

When I got my 82 from JG it came with a holster that was two pieces, one holster with two snaps that has belt loops. And it has another piece that has a metal attachment that you can " quik snap the holster onto" It is great for me, it swivels and feels very secure. Not much for concealed carry but really nice for me to carry around on my property. I'm sure some of you guys and gals may be familiar with this type holster as I would guess it was issued for the cops or military to use.
It is marked "AKAH" 7/90. When I first saw it I kinda chuckled but after using it for a while I am impressed. Does any one else know or have one of these?

Earlier, I posted a link to an inexpensive option. Since then I found the Desantis 032 which, at $32, is a very nice option for the price...inside the waist band or outside on the belt with the same holster. If you like nice soft leather with a thumb break feature this is the one for your CZ-82.

I bought mine from the gun shop at my local indoor range. I tried lots of other candidates for fit and this was the best for my CZ-82. I can highly recommend this one to meet your requirements.
I also found it on Optics Planet for twenty-six bucks.
