Hello,
What is exactly a fiber optic sight?
Compared to a traditionnal 3 dots sight i.e.
Is this item supposed to improve aiming in dark situations?

Fibre optic sights are especially good in bright light -- they gather light and seem to glow.  They're only so/so in low-light situations.
