I bought a new 97B 2 weeks ago & prior to shooting it I sent it to Miossi Gun Works for an action job with a hardened sear. I also had him install an Angus single action trigger along with some of his competition sights. I received it back on Friday & went to the range yesterday for load development. It is so sweet to shoot, very comfortable & one of my loads made 1 ragged hole @ 25 yds. off of a rest. Also I would like to tell you that Jim @ Miossi Gun Works is a class act and I highly recommend him for any of your gun smithing needs.

This has been the case for me except I did the work myself. The trigger job and single action trigger give an already great pistol and even better performance.
Glad to see someone else squeezing the most out of there CZ97B.

The 97 is definantly my double action .45 favorite pistol.

Jeff, may I ask a ball-park figure of what MGW charged for the work?

I inquired about a trigger job for my 40B a while back and I believe he was asking about $95 for the basic work and then there were some add on charges. It sounded then and still does like a very good investment to me,especially the hardened sear, just not read to make it yet.
