Title: Typical response time?

I emailed Hakan a week ago and haven't heard anything. What is his usual response time?

Think of Hakan as Santa, living at the North Pole...

Best to email him again if you haven't heard from him after a day or two.  His inbox runs over with fan mail.  Besides, with a pad like this (yes, this is actually Hakan's Workshop!), you can't blame him for being just a tad laid back  8)

Thanks for the tip. I got a hold of Hakan last night. He's had some non-grip related issues that I won't discuss without permission, but I'm all set now. I'm excited for the new grips. :D
