Title: ambi safety?

i am very very close to trading my 1911 in for a 97B...the only thing keeping me away, is that i am a leftie and MUST HAVE an ambi safety. can an ambi. be added to a 97, possibly by CZ??

Do a search, we have talked about this before.  If I remember correctly someone had a Witness safety put on his 97B by a gunsmith.  It will work but the pistol has to be modified to work.
