Title: What ammo do you use?
Post by: iroc192 on August 12, 2007, 06:40:52 AM
Here is my list of what I've tried and what's done what in my CZ100B

1.Remington UMC JHP - Best. Just wow in this gun! Balance of everything with extremely accurate shots.
2.Remington UMC FMJ - Great stuff, JHP is more accurate! Balance of everything!
3.Federal American Eagle FMJ - Average, but shoots well!
4.Blazer FMJ - Dirty, shoots poorly.
5.Magtech FMJ - Hot round, high recoil, good accuracy. Small rim jams too much. dirty dirty
6.Winchester White Box FMJ - Crap, total crap. Nothing more than crap. dirty dirty dirty dirty and don't try to shoot any barns. you'll miss.8o

Magtech was the only one that jammed, it is because the base rim is smaller than all the other ones, and the feed ramp combined with the small rim will not go over the wedge.
What ammo do you guys use?

1. 180gr WWB - No problems with this, accuracy is good, but it is dirty.

2. 180gr Hydra-Shock - No problems.
